I have sat where you sit. As a product executive in hypergrowth startups, I built the product behind a €60M raise, served as CPO for Berlin’s largest health tech Series A (€30M), and founded my own company. I know what scaling, board pressure, and 14-hour days do to a body. Not from a textbook. From the inside.

That experience broke me physically before it broke me mentally. So I treated it as an engineering problem. Ten years of tracking every biomarker. Over 200 protocols tested.
