I got into longevity because I was the executive burning out at 40. Not failing — performing well on the surface, but paying a biological price that was compounding quarter over quarter.

I fixed it systematically. Five years of tracking every biomarker, testing every protocol, discarding what the data did not support. I mapped every intervention against my actual bloodwork.
